YELLING, a parish in the hundred of TOSELAND, county of HUNTINGDON, 6 miles (E.N.E.) from St. Neots, containing 297 inhabitants. The living is a rectory, in the archdeaconry of Huntingdon, and diocese of Lincoln, rated in the king's books at £14.10.5., and in the patronage of the Crown. The church is dedicated to the Holy Cross.
