PIDLEY, a parish in the hundred of HURSTINGSTONE, county of HUNTINGDQN, 2 miles (W.N.W.) from Somersham, containing, with the hamlet of Fenton, 374 inhabitants. The living is a perpetual curacy, united to the rectory of Somersham, in the archdeaconry of Huntingdon, and diocese of Lincoln. The church is dedicated to All Saints. A school here is endowed with about £20 per annum, arising from the bequests of unknown benefactors. This
